Set up TeamTok
TeamTok is a Windows app that turns TikTok LIVE gifts, likes and follows into key presses in the PC game you stream. Five steps from your account page to viewers steering your game.

Download it from your account
Sign in and open the setup steps at teammedia.agency/start, or your account page — each app has a Download for Windows button. The free plan is open the moment your e-mail is confirmed, and your first 3 live streams run on Pro. Upgrade from the app's card whenever you want to keep Pro.
The download is only ever behind your sign-in. We do not e-mail installers, and there is no other place to get the file.

Install it
Run the installer you just downloaded. Windows may show a blue SmartScreen box that says the publisher is unknown. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
That notice appears because the installer is not code-signed yet. It does not mean anything is wrong with the file; a signed build will make the notice go away, and until then the file from your account page is the file we built.

Open it and sign in
Sign in with the same e-mail and password you use on this website (your TikTok username works as the login name too). Capitals in the e-mail do not matter; the password is case-sensitive.
The app checks your access when it starts. Your confirmed account stays on the free plan. While your Pro trial or subscription is active, Pro features are unlocked; when it ends, you can keep using the free plan or upgrade from your account page.

Map gifts to keys
In TeamTok, pick a gift, a like milestone or a follow, and choose the key it should press in your game. Repeat for every gift you want your viewers to control.
Keep the game window focused while you stream. TeamTok presses keys into whatever window is active, so if you alt-tab to your browser the key goes there instead.
If your game runs as administrator, run TeamTok as administrator too: Windows does not let a normal program send keys to an elevated one.
TeamTok sends simulated keyboard input, so some competitive games with anti-cheat may not allow it. Check the game's rules first.

Go live
The app listens to the TikTok LIVE room of the @ on your account page. Start your stream and the first gift proves the connection.
To listen to a different account, change the TikTok @ on your account page. The app picks it up the next time it starts.
Something not working?
The four things people write to us about, and what fixes each one. Anything else: message us and a person answers.
- The app says my access is inactive
- Open your account page. If your e-mail is not confirmed yet, confirm it from the link we sent, then open the app again. If it is already confirmed, press Fix my sign-in on the account page; contact support if access is still inactive.
- The app says my access has expired
- Your Pro trial or subscription has ended. Sign in again to continue on the free plan. To keep Pro features, press Upgrade to Pro on the app's card on your account page; Pro access returns when the payment clears, with the same sign-in. If the app still refuses to open, press Fix my sign-in or contact support.
- It is listening to the wrong TikTok room
- Change the TikTok @ on your account page and restart the app.
- Windows will not run the installer
- Choose More info, then Run anyway on the SmartScreen box. If your antivirus quarantined the file, restore it and add an exception; the file came from your account page.
- Gifts arrive but the game does not react
- Click into the game window so it is focused, and check the gift is mapped to a key the game actually uses. If the game runs as administrator, close TeamTok and run it as administrator too.
