TL;DR

1. Pricing and taxes

Prices shown on games.teammedia.agency are in US dollars and exclude VAT/sales tax unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at invoicing based on your billing country and itemized on the invoice. There are no hidden fees: the amount confirmed by your manager is the amount invoiced.

2. Invoicing, receipts and payment methods

Every confirmed order receives an invoice; every payment receives a receipt. We currently accept bank transfer and the payment methods offered on the invoice or payment link (which may be processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers such as Stripe, Paddle or similar). Card data is handled exclusively by those providers and never touches our servers.

3. Billing cycles and renewals

Recurring plans bill in advance for each period (monthly unless agreed otherwise) and renew automatically. We send a reminder before renewal for annual plans. You can cancel anytime with effect from the end of the paid period — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we notify you and retry over 14 days. Services stay active during the retry window. If payment cannot be completed, the plan is paused rather than sent to collections; access resumes when payment succeeds.

5. Plan changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; the difference is prorated for the current period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; no mid-period claw-back.
  • Switching between products (Agency, Games, Tools plans) is handled by your manager as an upgrade/downgrade of equivalent value.

6. Price changes

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' written notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before renewal and the old price applies until the end of your paid period.

7. Account closure and data

You may request closure of your customer record at any time via [email protected]. We delete or anonymize associated personal data per the Privacy Policy retention rules, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to retain.
